It depends on what currency you are changing.
Dollars are a fixed rate; other currency fluctuates slightly, maybe a penny difference for Euros.

Since you state "mostly Euros", more specifically,
exchange on my trip:

1.04 at airport cadeca, 1.05 at one cadeca in centro

Since the company is the same the rate should be the same, but not on another day.

I don't think that is always the case - I think they do have small differences in rates for different types of cadecas.

Never seen that and have checked every trip.
