Thinking of paying for the driving lessons of a local. anyone knows how much the lessons and the licence will cost? also, how long does it take? how many lessons needed? who pays for the car and gas? TIA to those who respond.

Probably cheaper to find the right person to bribe to get the licence without going through all the hassle !
