You may have a novia Cubana, but your Cubana has novio Cubano,LMFAO!!!!

Isn't it considered rude not to at least buy the novio a case of beer for sharing his novia? I think the chica I see in Cuba has a novia, I would kind of like to meet her. I discussed it with her and she said "we'll see". Some chicas are lesbian.

Cubans are usually under the mistaken impression that you're clueless about this other part of their lives, until she can't hide the fact that novio Cubano was the one who knocked her up,once she has the baby they usually split up with Cubano walking out.

I have a buddy who is a relatively well off Cuban for the Provinces. I don't know his income but hes frequently out at Nocturno and going to the local Finca (Mirador de Mayabe). My guess is he must make $300 a month or so. He had two kids with a Cuban girl. I know the ex-wife and asked her how much support she gets. She said $4 a month. My first thought was well it must $4 each. But nope $4 total.

The system seems to allow Cuban men to walk out after having a child much easier than it does in the West where we would likely have to make large child support payments for eternity.

Yes, child support is a joke in Cuba. In practical terms, there is no such thing as child support payments in Cuba.

Living on 500cuc, about $700cad.. Being from Canada will just get you through the month. With OAS and CPP the amount is surely far higher... Around $1600CAD or a few hundred more. Plus whatever savings he may have.

Oh, it's 4 cup and not 4 cuc

For the average Cuban, that is significant

Vanesa...are you by any chance the "loser's" wife in Canada. Honestly this "cottage industry" that has grown over the years whereby men (many from Canada but also many other countries) go down to get the attention they simply cannot get a home is crazy...but that said...SDET....tell the "loser" to just enjoy his 2-3 trips a year as many others do!! And he should go with eyes wide open that she has many others just like him (keeping those calendars must be a full time job) as well as Cuban boys.

Something doesn't add up there. If chica entertains tourists full time, she would earn at a minimum $200 per week or $10,000 per year. Most I have seen show no evidence of earning $10K per year. Zero chicas that I have done business with in Cuba has walked away when I explained that it's an employer/employee relationship and that I AM THE BOSS. Having said that, employees get breaks, tips, and recognition for a job well done and even concern for their well-being. I explain the concept of a full companionship experience and most of them "get it".

I know of a chica (friends info) that bought a house in Miramar, with the money she earned entertaining yumas, so there are some that are doing VERY well. Not the norm but they exist.

Although a long story, which i will not relate, i ran into another that was making up to 2k/week plus expenses.

All of this in the late 90's. I can't imagine what a sophisticated, well dressed, model georgeous, perfectly groomed woman can make these days. I am not talking about a 20 something. More like a young looking 30 something.

Another had some idiot Yuma buy her a very nice house. The moment she moved in, the rest of her family moved in. The next trip, her Yuma shows up at the door, she, basically, told him to shove of. Wouldn't let him in.
