Taboga Island

Hi!
We are planning to go to Panama in the end of January and we were thinking about spending a few days i Taboga Island. Any suggestions about where to stay/ eat and what about beaches/snorkeling (we are goinng with two young kids).
Thanks a lot for ANY suggestions.

During our 3-week visit to Panama we took a one-day boat excursion to Taboga. Boat left Panama City in the morning and returned in the afternoon. The 4 or 5 hour stay was more than enough.
