San Pedro Sula Buses

Apologies for all the posts, I am just coming up against contradictory info.
Me and my friends are going to be taking a cotuc & cotraibal or a catisa &Tupsa bus to get from san pedro sula to la ceiba. Are these buses still in their downtown spots or have they moved to the gran central bus station??

Catisa Tupsa City is now located at the Terminal Metropolitana in SPS. Hourly buses from 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM. (I was there last week.)
