Recommendations for a 1 month stay at Nosara?

Hi!

I'm a repeat visitor to Costa Rica (I think I've gone through all 3 border crossings between CR and Panama) who will be spending a month at the Nosara Yoga Institute starting Nov 3th. I'd like a well-lit place with a private bath for about $550-$600 for the month. Wireless and A/C are a plus, but not necessary. I'd like to walk no more than 20 minutes to the Yoga Institute, and anything else (beach, view, porch) would be gravy I'd appreciate any recommendations folks familiar with the area might have!
