Jungle or mountain lodge near Leon

Hi -- so Leon is surrounded by parks and preserves, but I can't find any which have lodges. We are a couple and a 2-year old looking for a jungle or mountain lodge in the $US50 range for a double, and also hoping it will have a cheap restaurant. Is there such a place within about an hour of Leon? An alternative would be a similar spot on a lake, but I don't see anything like that around Leon either. Thanks.

The mountains/jungle are around the Estelli, Matagalpa region. There is not cool mountains and jungle in Leon where it is very hot. Selva Negra is a resort in the mountain areas.
