I'm just curious, but is it possible to visit/stay in more authentic villages of indigineous tribes in Panama, NOT villages set up for tourists? And if so, can anyone recommend a guide or tour operator that does this? I did something very similar to this when I was in the Venezuelan Amazon - stayed with a tribal family in their remote village, nothing touristy or "set up" about it.
