I would really like to know if anybody has experienced these parks and could recommend any particular activities or routes etc?
Also, has anybody stayed at the Canopy Tower (about halfway between Panama City and Gamboa)? It´s expensive but I like the sound of it and so I am trying to work out if it´s worth it.
And last of all, anyone got any feedback regarding Isla Barro Colorado? Weighing up the prices with that one too.
