$25. But it might vary by the amount of time you're over, I'm not certain...

I guess it's possible to sneak through without them noticing, but Inmigracion's computer system has improved greatly in the past few months. If they logged the OP when s/he entered Panama, they already know s/he's in violation of the 90-day visa they granted five months ago. Also, if you do sneak through, they could refuse you entry should you want to return to Panama in the future -- because in Panama's system, you broke the law. And c'mon, folks, the OP is asking for a seven-month stay when s/he's legally only entitled to three; why not just pay the measly $25?

Btw, to the OP: Fire your lawyer. If s/he doesn't know the answer to such a basic question, or doesn't know whom to call, s/he's truly incompetent.

You just need to go to the immigration website.

www.migracion.gob.pa/eng/sanciones.php

More than 2 months and up to 3 is $45.

I agree about the lawyer, thats how I pick mine. Ask a question I know the answer to and if they get it wrong there's no way I'm using them!!!
