Luggage facilities in David bus station?

There is but they close around 7 or 8 at night.

I guess outside those times it's best to leave luggage at a hotel near the bus station. I was thinking of Hotel Alcala (Av. 3a Este.) as it's about 250m away and has good Tripadvisor reviews.

Suggestions of tried-and-tested places welcome though!

I stay at this place in front of the main park/square called Hotel Occidental which is a 1.50 cab ride from the bus station. I think it is 18 dollars w/ fan and 25 with air con. They have wifi in the lobbies and it is above a good and cheap Panamanian style cafeteria called Multi Cafe (there is another multi cafe 2 blocks away).

No I have not. That was just a tip for the hotel but I assume you CAN leave luggage over night.
