There is a poster from NYC that is trying to find where China is, maybe she could hire you as a consultant. Start small and work your way up!

I would try to find importers of chinese goods or exporters to China, they would need translators. One cousin works for a shoe manufacturer and importer, another represents chilean (not chinese) wines exported to China...

Check with stores in the Colon Free Zone who work with Chinese suppliers - they may need someone with your language skills - otherwise it will be quite tough.
