Can anyone recommend good snorkeling spots in Panama>

maybe see some sharks and rays????????????

The best spot in PANAMA is COIBA ISLAND - SANTA CATALINA.

It is so great i decided to live there...beside of snorkeling
you can fish ...you can surf..you can horse ride...

erick - Any flats fishing? My husband and I have kept going back to Hondurdas and Belize because he loves to flyfish for bonefish. He isn't very interested in deep sea fishing and so far we haven't heard of flats in Panamá. Thanks in advance for any info you can provide!

for rays go to isla del rey. Thousands of them, for sharks san blas, tip of porvenir always nurses and fair amount of reef shark at outer reef of chichime 30 minutes from porvenir

www.hotelporvenir.com for isla del rey gotta go with the locals to get there

coiba is the best...san blas and the pearl islands are good to
as far as fishing..its mostly deep sea but you can go with gamboa for fresh water fishing on the canal
