Hi all!
After a trip attempt which went to hell, now at last we will be going to Panama, and to Kuna Yala, preferably Rio Sidra area. Have some questions now though...
1. Are there still flying planes to Kuna Yala, Rio Sidra? I tried online booking with Aeroperlas and Air Panama and neither worked any more.
2. Has anybody camped on San Blas? How does it work organizationally, whom could we ask to take us to some island and pick us up? Even if it would be nice in the beginning, I don't want to have the destiny of Robinson Crusoe, if we get forgotten on the island ;)
3. Must one prebook accomodation - as Cabanas Kuanidup - before flying to Rio Sidra in high season, February?
4. Anybody knows something about Cabanas Dubasenika on Franklin Island? Is it in Rio Sidra region?
5. Is it possible to buy bottled water or some food upon arrival at Rio Sidra airport, before one gets in the boat and leaves for some hotel?

We are travelling on very low budget since it's a long trip, 2 months, but it would be nice to stay at Kuna Yala for a week or so, that's why we need to camp. Was thinking we could stay at a nice hotel (I like very rustic conditions so Kuanidup sounds great to me) as Kuanidup cabanas for the first night and the last night though.

All help will be very much appreciated!
