Quiet hotel in Granada sought

Hi all
I'm in Guate and heading down to Granada early next week. I'm looking for a very quiet, friendly place to spend a few days and do a little work: definitely not a party hostel. Stable wifi is important. Something akin to Casa Christina in Antigua would be ideal.

What is your budget? As hot as Granada is, a swimming pool is so nice, and The Colonial has a great one, and large rooms too...

Thanks guys: should have said, around $40 or so.
And, it appears I'll need one night in Managua near the bus station as my bus gets in very late. Any thoughts on that too?

If you can stretch your budget a little, then the Hotel Con Corazon is a fantastic place to stay. I spent several nights there last year and I would go back in a heartbeat. Your money goes to good causes, too.
