Hi All,

I tried to find info about the departure tax but I`m not clear on this:
- is it only when you fly?
Do you have to pay when you leave by land and how much?

Hi breeeze - yes, you'll have to pay a land departure tax at Nica borders but it's nothing like the tax they get you with when coming in! Last I paid was 40 córdobas. Hopefully Lincoln will see this and tell you what he paid within the last few weeks.
