Hai!

I'm planning a trip with a friend to Nicaragua from 8th nov - 6th dec.
I'm looking for usefull tips about the weather and the imporant things to do or to see.

What should we definitely do? Will the rain be a mood-killer? Are there nice places to snorkle of dive?
Is the carribean coast an option to travel to in november?

Thanks in advance!
Greetings,

Liesbet

It all depends on your interest. There is endless options to discover in Nicaragua, I like the MOON Guidebook as well. Corn Islands on the Caribe side you may want to check out {www.therightsdieguide.com}.

Culturally speaking, Granada, Leon and Ometepe should be a focus.

You should read a bunch of threads on here and other sites on line. There are no definite do's or dont's because everyone is different, and whats good for a luxury traveler is terrible for a backpacking broke college kid, etc.

The rain probably wont be an issue at all cause thats the end of the rainy season.

The rain will indeed be an issue. November/December is the worst of it. I'm not saying you may not get lucky but you should come prepared for rain so you will not be disappointed.
