I'm guessing we would fly into Bluefields and boat to Big Corn then boat to Little Corn?

I've read that it's possible to book a flight from Managua to Bluefield on the day of your flight, or possibly the day before? If this is done are the rates the same as booking in advance? I've read the tickets are $165. Possible to get this cheaper?

Not sure what you want to make exactly but you can fly from Managua to the Corn Islands with La Costeña.

For $165 you get a round trip directly to Big Corn Island. You could probably book the day before. Be sure to get there early the day of the flight.

Don't be too sure about booking within a day or two of travel. Those days have mostly gone now. I would book at least 5 days in advance. It's $15 more to do it on line but then you actually have a flight when you get there. There is usually one large 42 person plane. Today there was that and 3 smaller ones. There are several planes every day now. DO NOT wait. Either book your flight on line or book it when you arrive and come to the islands at the end of the vacation.
