such is the constant battle in nicaragua. I cant tell you how many times ive seen an upset foreigner tryingto argue that the place/business/nicaraguan "HAS" to, because they are "SUPPOSED" to.

Rule #1 of being here. Just because the sign says so, doesnt make it happen. and getting upset about it, isnt going to make it happen any faster.

Some kind of nice now and big moon last few nights, this is Caribbean weather. Was out yesterday and saw several tourist moving around.
