Hi,

Everywhere I have read says there isnt an ATM on Little Corn Island, however on the VIaNica website it states that one has just been placed on the island. Can anyone please confirm this?

I live on Big Corn and have not heard of one being put there.

And even if there were one (and only one) you always run the risk of it being empty or out of service just when you need it. You know how that goes.

There is no ATM on Little Corn Island so bring enough cash to be prepared. There is on on Big Corn near the dock, but you don't want to be doing a round trip from Little Corn because it will cost you in a panga 280C ($11USD).

If you're desperate Tranquilo Bar does a cash withdrawal system, but charge you a percentage to do it on top of your bank fees. If you're not fussed about the bank fees it's good, but we had some friends that did it and they got charged DOUBLE the amount they were given. I'm sure Tranquilo didn't mean to do it, but it cost them a lot of hassle to contact the banks and track down the money.
