Hi everyone, I'm going on a medical missions trip to Nuevo Paraiso, a couple hours from Tegucigalpa. Are malaria pills necessary or will I be okay wearing long sleeves and bug spray? I'll be there for a week leaving Friday.

Just researching a nice, quiet hotel with A/C and king sized beds (my fiance is 6'5"!) for our honeymoon in Roatan this December.

Was originally planning on staying at Lands End, but have heard mixed reviews about noise, etc.
Has anyone stayed at Cocolobo? Or Seagrape? Or a similar place, around $100/night or less?
Any specific pros/cons would be Much appreciated...

I am flying into Roatan this Saturday, May 24th. I arrive at 100 pm on Delta. This is my first time flying into the Bay Islands. I would like to get to Utila on the same day I arrive if possible or at least on Sunday. I have found information on the ferries on the web but none of it seems too reliable. There's a good bit of conflicting information on different sites. Does anyone have up to the minute reliable ferry information? Do the ferries run on Saturday and Sunday?

I am still trying to figure out basic logistics for coming to Honduras for 4 weeks in August. I am probably going to fly into Roatan (seems to be the cheapest option for me). I will spend about a week there diving, then head to the mainland. However, I don't want to drag my dive gear around and can't find any information on where I might be able to store it for a couple weeks in La Ceiba. I will then come back, pick it up and go to Utila for a week, before returning to Roatan to fly home.
