Brian at Marble Hill Farms on the east end has kites and gives lessons. the best winds are at Camp Bay and by the Mangrove Forest by Old Port Royal. Brians # is 504-3312-8439. i will see them off the dock at "La Sirena de Camp Bay" and some days they'll out there till sunset. if you make it by definately stop by our little palapa over the water and i'll by you a cold Salva Vida.
