It all comes down to how much effort your in the mood for, as Nicaragua you know the ropes now and what to expect. Honduras is a whole new country to figure out and study, and hopefully conquer.
Thats why we keep going back, its so easy once you know the lay of the land, and also, you can never discover enough about any one country, in a few weeks, multiple visits are rewarding as you have a different approach each time, and more on your terms, then on the countries terms, if you get my drift.
Enjoy, I think were renting a house somewhere in the mountains north of Liberia towards Tennerio/Celeste Waterfalls, use a base, if not, maybe near San Isidro/Dominical, to check out Osa more...we like to hike a lot.
