I have created a webpage with photos of the Honduran Bus Schedules from the "Honduras Tips" Guide, spring/summer 2008 edition.

They list details of buses departing from San Peduro Sula, Tegucigalpa and La Ceiba.

They are color-coded and quite helpful, although I cannot vouch for their accuracy. You can download the photos and enlarge them to read them easily.
