I am interested in the eco-pass offered by Garifuna tours. This one http://www.garifunatours.com/tours.php?tour_id=46&tour_city=c1
That would mean i will have to stay in Tela for one week. Does anyone know if there are direct bus from San pedro airport to Tela on the same day if i were to arrive at the airport by 4pm ?
Can anyone recommend hotel for about $10 a night with private bath ?

Just because Garifuna Tours offers tours doesn't mean they will actually be going on any tours. IF they have enough people and IF the sea is calm enough, they will go on the tour. I've been on several of their tours and they do a good job but it is hit or miss if they'll go. Years ago when they first started out they would go even if it was only a couple of people but not any more. They are more disorganized than they used to be but are still a good operation.
