Hello,
I would visit and sleep one night in Cayos Cochinos, and the Lonley Planet suggest take a boat in New Armenia or in Sambo Creek.....
which is the better bording place new armenia or Sambo creek considering that I'll be in La Ceiba?

Another issue....I've not idea if I've to plan one night over there or go directly from La Ceiba to Cayos C...
for example...:
from La Ceiba move to Sambo Creek/or/New Armenia and sleep there
the day later take a boat to Cayos Cochinos
or
from La Ceiba move very early to Sambo Creek/or/New Armenia and take the immediately a boat to Cayos Cochinos.

I just came back from the cayos cochinos. Its amazing!
Yes the most important is that you cross the sea early in the morning. We slept a night in Nueva Armenia. There is a nice hotel called Sebastians Hotel, the owner is a really nice englishspeaking and allways happy man, additional right in front of your room is a table where he serves good food. Its nothing fancy but the room has air condition and tv. For three people we paid 500 Lemps.
The bus ride with a chickenbus from La Ceibas busterminal to Nueva Armenia is about one hour. The next morning you can go with a boat to the Cayos.
But you can take a bus from La Ceiba to Nueva Armenia in the morning, i think it leaves at 6.30. Then you will be on the boat at around 8 o clock. Half an hour later at the cayos. Enjoy it, its great!
