Yes, please provide specifics. Negative reviews can be very helpful--we all know there are bad companies out there that prey on tourists--but it is important to tell us the details of what happened. Especially since this is your very first post, simple condemnations of a company can appear suspicious, as rival companies sometimes use this tactic to drive business away from a competitor.

So, please say in what way this tour agency cheated you.

We booked with them a shuttle service between flores and antigua with a change in Guatemala City. We arrived in Guatemala City at 4 am, but the shuttle for antigua wasn't here. So we where totally lost at 4 am in the middle of an autobus jungle (in Guatemala City .. Super safe) Without speeking spanish.. It was hell !!!! But we are young and strong, I imagine people like my parents it's annoys me. After this we go to an another travel agency and apparently this is not the first time . And of course we paid a lot for this without being refunded...

That's a drag. For what it worth, I would not want to transit Guatmala City at 0400 nohow. Do not consider tour operators trustworthy. In my experience, shuttle from Lanquin to Antigua, the passage was continuous. I think we bypassed GC with no transfer there. Pardon my defective english.

You got a shuttle from Flores to Antigua but had to stop in Guatemala City to pick up a different shuttle that wasn't here at 4am, how weird.
You could not use the shuttle from Flores??????????

All shuttles to Antigua from Flores pass through Guatemala City, and it can be difficult to guarantee arrival time as there are often accidents and traffic problems on the Carretera al Atlantico connecting Guate with Puerto Barrios. However, it was indeed unprofessional of them to turn you loose in the city at that hour with no connection waiting. I'm glad you did not have any further problems!

They put your lives in danger. It was criminal for them to not to continue to Antigua when the connection failed. A deal is a deal! I would come down hard on them every way. Demand a full refund. Threaten bad reviews. Warn them you coming back soon to 'negotiate' a resolution which might result in undesirable health consequences for them.

Nice to have a plan be when arriving in a major city or capital in the wee morning hours 11PM -5AM.

Had you taken a 8am Shuttle you of been in GC before dark. Any reason you didn't take the ADO bus to GC? Then taxi hire to Antigua $40?

Missed connections, shuttles or buses running late, seems a little strong to be so negative about a missed connection, part of travel no?

Also, you sign up here to blast this travel agency, but in fact, had you asked anyone on this forum or another forum, about shuttle companies, arriving for a connection at 3AM in GC? NO...

So you place all the blame on this agency that just books you on a shuttle, like every other tour agency in the country.

I have the same - VERY BAD - experience with this travel agency. I booked a return transport Flores - Tikal there for a quite good price (60Q). I was very satisfied because the offer was better then from other travel agencies around (80Q). The next morning I was waiting for them in my hostel. Noone appeared. I went directly back where I bought the ticket. The office was closed. I didn't have any other option as to take another (more expensive) agency to reach Tikal on the same day. After I came back I went to the office again. Still closed. I asked around and found out they have anoter office in Flores under different name. I went there. Closed, as well. I tried both offices the next morning again. Closed. I had to leave then, so I couldn't face them. But I heard they do this kind of frauds often. It's not about the money (at least in my case it was not a lot) but it's a really mean doing ... I hope this will help someone. That's why I replied.
