thats' a good point 29. the quality of law enforcement and judicial process is often overrated in developed countries. we tend to look down on the others with disdain and wonder how is it they cant get their act together. perhaps what is needed is more missionaries and proselytizers.

Well I only go by what is printed in our local paper. The paper says that the FBI says we are number three. We have lots of murders here plus a lot of street assaults and shootings but those are mostly gang related. I have lived here for years and only had a gun shoved in my face once.
