I've seen someone in Antigua promoting a traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner, but don't recall just who they were. If I see it again I'll get back on here.

Buen viaje!

It isn't Thanksgiving dinner if it isn't turkey.

I just passed another restaurant serving Thanksgiving dinner. Looked scrumptious, but was about Q250. Gourmet all the way, stuffed turkey and all, including a glass of wine. It is El Sereno at 4 Av Norte #14, near 2 calle. But I have seen 1 or 2 others which I'm pretty sure were much less. I'll still look for them.

If you can fit it in your schedule the best place of all is Posado Santiago in Santiago Atitlan on the lake. Great meal, reasonably priced, great live music the times I have been, and family seating.

Buen viaje!

Hey Larry, ran across two more turkey dinners. One is Las Palmas, a popular restaurant at 6 Ave Norte #14. Probably a proper tasty dinner at a moderate price, guessing about $15. Another is at a restaurant called Fusion at 4 calle Oriente #5B, listed at Q130 ($17), listed some tasty things but didn't mention cranberries or gravy, but well have those, need to ask.

The Londoner Pub that is mentioned in the blog that kwallek posted about is a very popular place, easy to meet prople and join others for dinner. I'm a bit concerned what you'd get at that low a price, but who knows.

I find it most interesting that so many places are serving traditional Thanksgiving dinner in Guatemala.

Buen viaje!
