if anyone knows some super cheap one on one spanish classes in Guatemala or anything on the topic I would love to hear your knowledge !!

Hi,
I am in Antigua now, studying spanish. I study at http://www.spanishacademyantiguena.com/# and am really happy with the school and my teacher. I think it's cheap 100 usd for 20 hours (4 hours monday-friday). You can find cheaper but not with the same quality.

I think you should try a search for "Spanish Schools Guatemala" as this comes up a lot. The schools in Guatemala mainly offer 1-on-1 tutoring standard and most offer homestays - a really inexpensive way to travel. ¡Buena suerte!
