El Jardin de Lolita does not have a website and it would surprise me if they replied to email... Spanish only. The lady who runs it is very nice, she likes to talk but she is not young and relies a lot on her younger assistant who comes in to clean and help with reservations etc... We have always just walked in and have been lucky to get a room. But you could try calling.
Casa Antigua is a nice little spot, and very central. Guess they might not have a kitchen though.
If you're up for a hostel (Q75/night in a dorm), then I can recommend Zoola. I always used to walk back there at night from the center, sometimes even alone, and never felt threatened. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and the community area is really cozy plus you'll meet lots of fellow travelers so you'll probably never have to walk alone at night.
This is a little travel guide I wrote about Guatemala, featuring also places to sleep and eat at in Antigua: Guatemala Travel Guide
