I'll be traveling from Puerto Barrios or Rio Dulce to Antigua,
in some conversations I saw that Litegua buses go to Antigua directly, but I cannot find that on their website. Do you have some more information on that? (what time? which city from? how long does it take?)
If not, where is the bus stop for Litegua bus in G City?

Easy to take a direct shuttle from Dulce to Antigua, about 5 hrs.
If you have some time, highly recommend a couple nights in Copan.

We took the Litegua bus from GC to Puerto Barrios. It took 5 hours. I am not sure but I think they would take you by bus to GC from Rio Dulce or Puerto Barrios and that at certain times they have shuttles from GC to Antigua.

Can someone tell me the hours of departure from Antigua (around 9:00 am)?
Are there clases of comport in the buses?
What is the price?
How much time before we need to reserve it?

When your walking around Antigua check in at the many travel agencies in town, they'll give you all the current times and options. They all have the same info. and pcices, pretty much.
Easy to set up the day before, figure about 5-6 hrs. and around 10-15us. A direct shuttle will be more, 25-30us is available but could save some time, depending.
As I stated above I believe Litegua has a few daily shuttles from Antigua to their station in GC but I don't know what time (I think I have heard 9 or 9:30 am as well). The buses we were on were comfortable. We paid Q80 to Puerto Barrios. So expect to pay $10-15 for the bus. I don't know what they charge extra for the shuttle from Antigua to GC.
I would just go to their office in Antigua the day before:
