i'm finding too many things to do while in xela so has anyone been to the wed. market in hue hue? worthwhile?
also any other must sees there not in the guidebooks?

am going to san francisco market fri. & the georgina thurs. & am trying to get to the zunil & olintepeques womens weaving coops but with the afternoon rains somethings gotta go.

hue hue is 2 hours away & not an easy connection back & forth. but if it's a not miss i will reconsider. leaving xela on sat.

Skip Huehue. The most unIndian town in the highlands. Some poorly restored post classic ruins...quite small. Not a good buying spot for handicrafts. You are better off going to Momostenango.
