I am planning a trip from Chetumal to Flores.
Can anyone please let me have up to date information on Direct first class bus to Flores?
Times. approximate costs, Bus company, where to obtain tickets, etc... Thank you in advance!

Some of the information in the above-mentioned link is out of date.
Currently, only San Juan Travel Service operates an express bus between Chetumal and Flores. It's not really a "first class" bus -- it's more of a mini-bus with about 20 seats, no a/c and luggage storage on the roof. I've seen the bus and it appears in good condition (it's no "chicken bus").
The bus departs from the ADO bus terminal on the north side of Chetumal. Departure time is in the early morning. I'm not sure of the exact time, but it's about 6am + or - an hour (it has changed over the years). If you're in Chetumal on the day before, go to the terminal and ask. Also note that on Sunday 26 October, most of Mexico changes from daylight saving time to standard time, so the departure might change.
The fare to Flores is about US$35 or the equivalent in pesos. Not sure if you pay inside the terminal or pay the driver directly. Trip time is about 9 hours.
