I know my bank at home make a charge and that's ok. What troubles me is Do all ATM in Guatemala make a charge when you take money out? so, if I want 2000 quetzals will I actually get less than that from the machine?
Also, what is the daily withdraw limit if known.
I thought to use the ATM at the airport, maybe now that's a bad idea, will I be charged by the machine.

We were not able to exchange $20 (USD) bills at the banks in Xela. They would only take $50 dollar bills or more. Be careful carrying to much cash though; we were robbed at gunpoint on a hiking trail while visiting there last week.

As I said a few posts ago, Banco Industrial will take any size US bills but many other banks will only take $50s and $100s.
This whole thing is a moving target. I am anxiously waiting for Bitcoin to replace fiat currencies.
