Trying to choose a beach destination for my trip. We have 2 days at the beach between Monteverde and Manuel Antonio and im not sure where to go!! Im trying to decide between Playa Samara, Playa Tamarindo, and Montezuma but not sure which one is best.
We are a young couple who love snorkeling, fun activities and relaxing on the beach so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm going on a 3 weeks trip to Costa Rica in may (from 3rd to 25th) and I'm gonna begin my journey (and maybe all of it?) in the Puerto Viejo area. I'm a male travelling alone and I have a couple questions to ask about my trip.

Just wanted to ask a couple of questions regarding beaches.
Do you have any tips for more remote / desolate beaches that still compete with Corcovado / Manuel Antonio in scenic beauty? Preferably south of San Jose.
How different are the beaches of the south pacific side and the south carribean? Both visually and vibewise. And also regarding possibility to find spots that are not too crowded.
If going to lodges that are only reachable by boat, what do we do…
We are going to CR next week with our 22 month old. We are hoping to find a great wildlife guide and/or babysitter that can help us when we are out there. We'll be in Papagayo half the week and Puntarenas the other half. Also welcome any suggestions as to what to do with a 22 month old (easy hiking trails with lots of animals/parks with lots of animals/etc.) We'll have a car. And any recommendations for sitters would be much appreciated! Thanks!

We are going to Costa Rica in two weeks and want to experience cloud forest. Since I've heard that Monteverde is very popular and we'd like to avoid the bigger crowds I'd like to ask if there are any alternatives to Monteverde preferably south of San Jose or on the way from San Jose to Limon? We'd really appreciate recommendations regarding specific lodging as well!
