Not sure of the URL CRG, but, on one recent post where I got corrected on where you could sleep in the park, it was listed on that thread because I used it to look up and verify the info on where you could sleep there............

rexman24, are you talking about this recent post? cause I that one's got info from the site but not the link or url...

I'd love to see the official parks sites develop into something useful but it doesn't seem likely...

hmmmm..........that as it turns out is a US NPS website but seems to have some up to date information about the park and some old information(cant fly there for 35$ round trip anymore).

the webpage was last cached 9 days ago, anyway that is where I got that information.

I guess it wasnt listed in that last thread, I must have just looked it up at that time.

rexman24,

Thanks! Just so you know though I wouldn't rely on that (http://www.nps.gov/centralamerica/costarica/) as a source of information. Most of what's there is at least five years old and things have changed enough that it could mess up your plans pretty well.....

Yes I agree, but it does have some good basic information for the park and the info there appears to be much more up to date than the info on the parks actual website as you pointed out!

....................me thinks the park admins need to get on the ball, maybe they are just doing thier part to keep the park a place where your more likely to see critters than other people.
