Hi all

I'm looking for the location of some pictures I've seen online (links here below), I'd like to go there or to a similar setting to shoot video. If you don't know the exact location I'll be really thankful for tips about spots with similar landscapes.
I would also really appreciate tips on places in CR with very special / strange landscapes, that doesn't necessarily have to be typical for Costa Rica.

Thanks a lot!

That could be anywhere, on any number of mountains ranges, but odds are, its in the Talamancas. The road from San Isidro de General to San Vito, via Buenos Aries, is very much like this for 3 hours. Same with the back roads south towards Dominical and Ojochal in the mountains, and also around Paos and Central Valley, and Rincon.

Lanscapes and vistas like this, are endless in Costa Rica...in all directions from San Jose.

I agree with #1....those views look very much like San Isidro heading south towards the coast. Northern landscapes have similar terrain but tend to be much browner. The further south you go the lusher it gets until its all just jungle...

What about the one with the waterfall?

I was thinking that the second picture is of LaFortuna waterfall from the top of the stairs, and according to the link below (day 7) it is, and is the same picture. http://www.govisitcostarica.com/tours/costa-rica-tour-itinerary.asp?tid=563 http://www.arenal.net/la-fortuna-waterfall-costa-rica.htm
