If there's one thing I've learned on my travels is to just keep your mind open to deviations - if you want to be spontaneous and check something out that isn't in "The Plan", definitely do it!! I've never been disappointed since I learned this approach. I'm very organized but I usually don't stick to The Plan 100%, and I end up thanking myself for it!
