If it was on I assume AM Costa Rica, there is no reason it would have been taken off. They do not try to hide good or bad news. If it did or has been happening, it happens.....plain and simple. Take standard precautions......don't stop for anyone trying to flag you down for help......sad, but this is one of the main ploys for criminals. Once they have you stopped they can pull a gun on you and then go from there. If you see someone flagging you down, drive on at a faster speed if possible. Again, sad you have to do that, but best to leave the good semaritan credits for someone else......you will get your chance down the road.
