Please excuse my cultural centrism. Each denomination of US money has a portrait of a past US president. Umm,.except for the $100, which has a portrait of Benjamin Franklin. Hence, the slang term 'Benjamins' referring to such bills, and 'Dead Presidents' referring to US bills in general. And, MUCH less common, my obscure reference to engravings of presidents.
