Hey, we're thinking of heading down to Belize for a couple of weeks. Of course we will do some snorkling and such, but can someone give us some nice lodges that offer wildlife viewing tours. I get bored at night, so I'd prefer places that also offer night tours or that can be done as a day trip

You might want to head to the Cayo district. Check in at Eva's for which tours are going while you are there or if your are staying at one of the resorts they may offer their own tours or be able to recommend some.
I am fairly sure that the Lodge at Chaa Creek has tours but they are fairly pricey. Maya Mountain lodge also has tours and is a little more reasonable. Trek Stop orPacz Guest house are more basic but should be able to help you.

Nearly all the lodges in Belize offer wildlife/birding tours, including night tours. (People staying at the lodges tend to go to bed early, though, due to the heat, being active during the day, and a big meal and drinks in the evening.)

Mama Noots, near Dangriga (Stann Creek District)
The Lodge at Big Falls, Big Falls (Toledo District)

I stayed at Pook's Hill in November 2006. I really loved it there. I'm fairly certain they do night tours. They do an early morning bird watching hike as well. They do have a web site. I highly recommend them.
