Hi there,

Wondering which is better to spend a night in on our way to Placencia. Anyone have details on pricing and what the lodging is like? We will be busing, how far away is each from the hwy?

You didn't say why you chose these two places. Is it too see monkeys? If so, I would go to Bermudian Landing. I have been to both places recently. Didn't see any monkeys at Monkey Bay WS but saw lots of them at Community Baboon Sactuary. We stayed at Howler Monkey Resort and saw troops of monkeys several times right in front of our cabin. http://www.howlermonkeyresort.bz/index.html
But Bermudian Landing is not between Belize City and Placencia if that is your route.
