The "sinking building" rumor is the product of some decidedly unimaginative locals who don't like foreigners doing business on " their island". This has been circulating since it was built, 1995? Still there! Their lack of imagination was really obvious when they started the same exact rumor about another complex 4 blocks south, also a foreigner. This building was over-engineered to avoid this, and yet the jealous "shushers" as they are locally known, couldn't think of another story.
