I want to take my 22 year ol granddaughter to Belize the beginning of Sept and want to see San Ignacio, Caye Caulker Placencia . Ambergris and Punta Gorda

What would be the best order to do all of this. She wants to get PADI certified while there
WE'd like a jungle experience as well as the beach. Is all this doable and how much time shall I allow for each

There's a relevant recent thread on this topic here:

I would go to San Ignacio first, then down to Punta Gorda (if interested, you might consider going by way of Tikal and Rio Dulce in Guatemala, taking the boat through the Rio Dulce Gorge to Livingston, and then boating back across to Belize). From PG go up to Placencia, then Caye Caulker. Skip Ambergris, it'll be redundant after Caye Caulker and less interesting.

I don't know about the PADI certification or how long that might take, but in general I would advise spending 10-12 days inland and the rest of your time along the coast.

do the PADI book larnin at home. 3 weeks is plenty of time. AC and CC are both tropical islands. you can tell when you look at them on gmaps that AC has a town and is much larger then CC which is a smaller back packer kinda place. I would pick the one that suits youe tastes

Here's one idea...
Start by going to Ambergris and Caye Caulker -- do the diving.
From CC, do the Raggamuffin sailing trip to Placencia (it's a 2 or 3-day trip). Google "Raggamuffin" for more info.
Bus to PG.
Bus back to Belmopan, then to San Ignacio.

If you don't want to do the Raggamuffin trip, I'd try to get down to Placencia (dive there) or PG first (fly if necessary), and then travel back to San Ignacio and finish on the cayes. Depending on the departure time of your flight, you should be able to spend your final night on a caye.

Here's my bus and transportation information: https://belizebus.wordpress.com

Yeah, the valuable thing about saving the Cayes for last is that you can actually finish your trip somewhere pleasant and still get back to Belize City in time for your flight on the last day.
