Buffets don't create dried out mediocre food, the executive chefs at the Phoenix airport hilton who cooks the food creates it. I have had great buffets before. People who think of themselves as foodies because they saw the word in a magazine in the lobby of the W hotel know as much about food as they do about foodborne illnesses. I have known plenty of people who have gotten actual food poisoning at all sorts of restaurants, not once have I met anyone who has been poisoned at a buffet. In fact the only case I have ever heard of was at the salad bar of The Sizzler and that was a case of E-Coli that was caused by cantalope and had nothing to do with it being served in a buffet. And more to the point, buffets bring a lot of people a lot of happiness. Who are you to say that a child who will forever remember the desert line at the Chuck Wagon knows nothing about food.

buffets are a way to eliminate wait staff. food left out sitting on a table you have to go get yourself is not quality. buffets and bioterror do go together.

Considering this president is a huge let down, he also is unable to pull a trigger on any decent foreign policy, and what he has pulled the trigger on has backfired huge, so, regardless of party, no action can be worse than action...
