Can anyone advise me on the following -

I have booked a return flight to Miami. If I catch a flight from Miami to Jamaica and then go onto Cuba Is there any prospect of me being refused entry back into the US on return (aprox two weeks later)?

Much appreciated if you can help :-)

It is very unlikely you will be refused entry but anything you bring back from Cuba is subject to confiscation. If you list Cuba as a country you visited, I suspect you will be asked more questions than you normally would be asked. If you are entering with a B2 tourist visa as opposed to entering under the Visa Waiver Program it will probably go easier for you. Many non-US citizens/residents who visit Cuba and then simply transit back through the US do not bother to list Cuba on the Customs Declaration form.
