Suggestions for 7 day trip to cuba in itinerery.

hey guys and girls,

Me and my girlfriend are planning to go to cuba in early november for only a week.

We will be flying in from vancouver, Canada. we know 7 days is quite limited, but we would like to squeeze in 3-4 days of sightseeing and then go to nice all-inclusive resort for my girlfriend's birthday.

we have no preference on which city we should fly into, I have heard Havana and veradero are the popular options.

any suggestions?
