Where to book cheap last minute deal? I have tried expedia but I did not find all inclusive packet..

Wrong Forum, there are only a few people here who will even consider going on a cruise.
I'm one among them. I recommend asking this question on "Cruise Critics" (you'll find it through google)
and you might get many more answers then here.
The reason there is no "All inclusive packet" is because most of the ships have different drink packages, which
often have to be booked seperatly and are not part of the cruise price. So for example you see a
Royal Caribbean Cruise you like, take 55 US per day to the cruise price and you'll have a "All Inclusive".
But as you're already here. Depending what you're looking for; To see many interesting islands I recommend a departure from San Juan or any other islands in the lesser antilles.
