We stayed in beautiful Bonaire for nearly three months and it will forever have changed us. The people are wonderful and the water remarkable. We enjoyed exploring, diving, sun bathing and dining out. We were there during the hot season (September/October) when the wind stops. So, we were in the water just about every day. We also learned to put ice in our beers!
One of our favorite places was Pasa Bon Pizza, owned by an American. The pizza was fabulous and they have cold beer as well. We must have had a dozen pizza's during our stay.
Also, a special shout out to Jennifer and John who hooked us up with a rental car and truck (we swapped out to go 4x4ing) during our stay. They run a rental car and island tour company. They really went way out their way to take good care of us. They even had us over for dinner one night. This is great example the the wonderful people on Bonaire.
